Do you pull customer reviews from YotPo, Judge.me, Google Reviews, Junip, etc?

Auware integrates with five review platforms: Judge.me, Okendo, Vitals, Reviews.io, and BazaarVoice.

During campaign setup, Auware automatically detects which review provider you use and imports your reviews. The detection runs in priority order - Okendo, Vitals, Reviews.io, BazaarVoice, then Judge.me - so if you have multiple providers installed, Auware will pull from whichever it finds first.

Here is how each provider works:

Judge.me requires your Judge.me API key, which you can find in your Judge.me dashboard. Once connected, Auware imports your product reviews directly.

Okendo works with just your Okendo subscriber ID. It is compatible with all Okendo plans and does not require a separate API key.

Vitals requires no credentials at all. If you have the Vitals Shopify app installed, Auware can pull your reviews automatically using your Shopify product ID. Simply toggle the Vitals connection in your Settings page.

Reviews.io requires your Store Key and API Key, which you can find in your Reviews.io dashboard under Integrations. Once connected, Auware imports reviews filtered to 4-5 star ratings.

BazaarVoice requires a Passkey from your BazaarVoice account team. This integration is designed for enterprise brands that use BazaarVoice as their primary review platform.

You can connect your review provider in Settings under the Integrations tab, or Auware will prompt you during the campaign wizard’s review import step.

Once imported, Auware uses your reviews to populate landing pages with audience-specific social proof. Because every audience responds to different motivations, Auware selects the reviews that best match the concerns and priorities of each group. For example, if your reviews mention convenience, durability, or value, the system will align those proof points with the audiences who care most about those topics. A review saying “My kids love this!” might appear on a “Busy Parents” page, while one saying “Perfect portion size for meal prep” would show up for “Fitness Enthusiasts.”

At this time, Auware does not integrate with YotPo, Google Reviews, or Junip. If you use one of those platforms, the review import step will not be available, but you can still create effective landing pages using your product information, features, benefits, and the copywriting strategy you select.

We recommend importing reviews only if you have at least 100 reviews, because the more data the system has to work with, the better it can select the right content for each audience.
