Auware requires a permanent email address to create an account. If you try to sign up with an address from a temporary, disposable, or throwaway email service (for example 10-minute inbox style providers), the signup form will show the message “Temporary or disposable email addresses can’t be used to create an account. Please sign up with a permanent email address.”
We block these domains because Auware accounts connect to real stores, publish live landing pages, and receive security notices such as verification codes, password resets, and team invitations. A mailbox that disappears after a few minutes cannot receive those messages, and disposable addresses are also the most common way automated scripts try to create throwaway accounts on the platform.
To sign up, use your business email address or a mailbox you control long term, such as your company domain or a mainstream provider. The same rule applies if you later change the email address on your account from Settings. Team invitations sent by a store owner are not affected, because the store owner chose that address deliberately.
If you believe your email provider was blocked by mistake, contact support through the chat bubble or at the support email address and we will review the domain.
